John 15:22 If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not have sin: but now they have no excuse for their sin.
John 15:24 If I had not done among them the works that no other man hath done, they would not have sin: but now they have both seen and hated both me and my Father.
John 15:25 But that the word may be fulfilled which is written in their law: they hated me without cause.
John 15:26 But when the Paraclete cometh, whom I will send you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceedeth from the Father, he shall give testimony of me. Holy Ghost proceedeth from the Son, as well as from the Father: otherwise he could not be sent by the Son.

John 20:27 Then he said to Thomas: Put in thy finger hither and see my hands. And bring hither the hand and put it into my side. And be not faithless, but believing.
John 20:29 Jesus saith to him: Because thou hast seen me, Thomas, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen and have believed.
John 20:31 But these are written, that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God: and that believing, you may have life in his name.
John 21:17 He said to him the third time: Simon, son of John, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he had said to him the third time: Lovest thou me? And he said to him: Lord, thou knowest all things: thou knowest that I love thee. He said to him: Feed my sheep. Peter; St. Matt. 16. 19; and here he fulfils that promise, by charging him with the superintendency of all his sheep, without exception; and consequently of his whole flock, that is, of his own church.
